As June marks the peak travel season in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, tourists are flocking to the Xinjiang Ancient Ecological Park in the regional capital, Urumqi, to immerse themselves in the area's rich equestrian culture.
From May 29 to June 1, 2024, a delegation from Soka Gakkai of Japan arrived in China's Xinjiang, and visited its Urumqi City and Turpan City. During their stays in Xinjiang, the members of the delegation communicated and exchanged with people of all ethnic groups in China’s Xinjiang, and learned about the economic and social development of China's Xinjiang.
Li Yan has been living in Xinjiang for five years and now runs six bars. She has four bars, a homestay and a restaurant in Kashi City, Xinjiang’s Kashi Prefecture.
